Hard to get appointment

staff extremely rude, doctor did not care to assist the patient.

Rude and unprofessional people.

The worst customer service possible. Their phone system says they are always closed & will never come line. Avoid this doctor....

To start the wait time is crazy like 3 hours for a visit. But she spends time with us

I was referred by a friend at work who raved about this doctor. I was not impressed. She said one thing in our consultation, told me I had an enlarged thyroid and discussed options for an ultrasound. I had bloodwork that came back borderline for a possible thyroid disorder and because it was .02 away from "normal" she dismissed my concerns and did not want to hear anything of the research from the AACE., which was clearly different than her "opinion." I am not sure if I will return to this doctor and have an appointment with an actual endo in three weeks. I was disappointed that she didn't recommend any follow-up given the fact she told me I had a goiter, all because the blood test was in the "normal" range. She cited that it would "cost money" to investigate.

Love Dr Hirani. I have been seeing her for 15 years. She is still my primary doctor even after moving 30+ minutes away. She speaks very logical with you and works to understand your problems not just medicate them. I truly feel I'm in good hands with her.

I don't see a point to make an appointment. I always have to spend, on an avg of 1 hour sitting in her office. Max that I waited for my appointment was 2.5 hours.

This docotor will check you from head to toe every visit. Excellent bedside manners and interactions with patients. Blood work is completed every 6 months like clock work to complete the story of what your diagnosis is and to help the doctor find out what is the root of the issue.

I have been her patient for 10 years now, and I have not lived near her office either place I lived. I drive 30 minutes to see her. She listens, is always learning, still works in a hospital, and is always courteous. I will not change to a closer doctor. Sometimes when you find a great one, stick with them!
