Dr Torres is dedicated , caring and thorough. I very much respect her courses for treatment and use the information she provides to make decisions on courses of action.

Having a seizure D/O for many years and relocating to the area. I found Dr Torres and the staff at coastal neurology not only inept but rude, cold hearted and nasty people. The Dr was nothing to brag about either. I will no longer see a medical person who lacks so much. I have ended my relationship after two visit. I encourage you to look around

We should have read the reviews 11 months ago because we never would have gone there. She wasted 10 month of time that was critical to a proper diagnosis for my husband. The staff is extremely rude and could care less about the patient. In the 10 months wasted, my husband has gotten worse, and the last visit we waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and another 20 minutes before Dr. Torres came into the room. When she finally did, her questions to us was "So why are you here today?" OMG. Do Not Waste Time If A Medical Diagnosis is Needed

Dr Torres is wonderful! Her staff??? Been trying tomake appt for 4 days, NO CALL BACK! So rude!!

Only saw Dr. Torres for nerve tests, had to see PA all other times. Follow up visits after starting new meds were scheduled for 3 months. Called to report a serious reaction to meds and didn't receive a call back for 8 hours. I scheduled an appoint to just learn more about my condition and the PA actually laughed at my six questions and said she didn't have time to answer them. Cause of my neuropathy is still not known and they've scheduled no other testing.

My health is still not identitifiable for an aqurate diagnosis.

Dad was diagnosed about 4 years ago with Parkinson's disease. Dr. Torres had been recommended...what a mistake. As a nurse but not living in the area I would tell my mom when symptoms presented Dr. Torres should adjust his medicine. At the last appointment my mother took him to Dr. Torres said there nothing else I can do come back in a year. Really a year! Dad got sick when I was visiting and was rushed to the hospital in Jacksonville. A Doctor with the hospital stopped by his room and wanted to know why he was on the lowest possible dose for his Parkinson's and told us that there is a wide range of dosages that would have helped him over the past few years. He said he was on a dosage that doctors put new patients on. They increased his medicine and we saw an improvement. His speech improved, his swallowing improved and I wonder if Dr. Torres had been adjusting his medicine as the years went on that his quality of life would have been so much better and he may have lived… longer. The answer is yes, his symptoms would have been relieved and he may have had a few more years. I wouldn't go to this doctor!!!!

Needs to spend more time helping me understand and teaching about the disease. Wasn't strong enough in this area. Seems like I had brochures..... needs more strength in teaching how to cope, for example, how much 'rest' affects condition, etc.

Dr. Torres is not only an exceptional physician but an outstanding person. She treats you like family.

I have been to see many doctors in many years but none that actually took the time to listen to what I had to say the way that Dr. Torres did. She had an idea of what she wanted to do and that at least gave me some direction which was more than anyone else had done. She explained my tests and results thoroughly. The staff was very polite and helpful and making an appointment was very easy. They have new patient portal, so I can get my records and a healo program so I can get my information right on my phone. I have found that much easier to use than the phone system and can send refill requests and get an appointment without hassle. I did have a small wait but that's to be expected at any specialist office. I will absolutely recommend her to everyone!! Great Doctor and Great office!!
