Dr. Sherell Denise Vicks, MD

It’s been two wk since i had blood work done no Rhône call nothing I called the office was told they mailed them out one you receive you have to make a appointment to come in a discuss the results another two wk for a appointment it’s is redicilous

Sherrill Vicks was recommended to me and it was the worst care I have ever received. I came by the office to get a copy of my test results because after calling several times and leaving messages, I did not get a response. After waiting for awhile, Sherrill came out into the waiting area, handed me my report and began talking about my report in front other patients waiting. She was unprofessional, disregarded my concerns and questions. I left that office very upset and never returned.

Today was my first visit with Doctor Vicks and I feel that she knew exactly what I needed her patience her understanding I was made to feel very comfortable I would recommend her to my friends and my family. She definitely will be my new doctor for the New year in 2020

Dr. Vicks is dismissive & unprofessional. She is not attentive/does not listen to your concerns. Although she did not give names, she often discusses statements and conditions of other patients that are presently in the office! Hour long waits. The office staff are disorganized and change frequently.

Dr. VICKS is quite intuitive. She has a caring spirit and works with you to formulate the best plan for your health concerns.

competent timely friendly stervice

I had Dr. Vicks as a PCP from 11 to 21. I got a new job and had to change insurance plans. At 30, I had to come back. She is a joy to be around. She is knowledgeable and warm and she makes me love coming to the doctor. I've never spent over 20 minutes (usually way less) waiting or her.

Very pleased with the professionalism, concern and manner in which I am treated when visting Dr. Vicks. She listens to all my complaints and responds to each. Long Time Patient.

Dr. Vicks is very thorough and a real professional. Her bedside manners is superb and she makes me feel very comfortable and take proactive steps in my health-care. Would not change her for anything in this world. Her staff however are very unpleasant, but the good thing is after you get pass them you are greeted by Dr. Vicks wearing a huge smile and a comforting charm. Love this doctor.
