Dr. Lippitt and his staff acted with complete disregard for my time and were unable to even pretend to care about my injury. This is the worst standard of care I've ever experienced, and is not in keeping with the high expectations I have for the Cleveland Clinic. I would advise anyone considering seeing Dr. Lippitt to find another doctor.

Dr. Lippitt is very kind and will help you feel better. When our bones and muscles give out, it can be devastating to us. Dr. Lippitt listens intently and gets right down to business. Though he may not seem tuned in to the emotional issues, it is because he is interested in the problem at hand and what can be done to make you better. He also has a quiet demeanor. He DOES care and he will help you. He is wonderfully kind and good at what he does.

After waiting 2 hrs in office I was told MRI showed a 2.2mm tear on rt rotator cuff and it could not be operated on and sent back to therapy.Unbeliveable This visit was a waste of my time.

I found Dr. Lippett to be an excellent Dr. Would definitely recommend him.

I thought Dr. Lippitt was excellent. Friendly, compassionate, did not rush me at all. Answered every question. Diagnosed my problem and treated it, I feel great. Totally satisfied. I would highly recommend Dr. Lippitt.

Dr Lippitt is an excellent Surgeon and Doctor. He managed to perform surgery 4 working days after my initial appointment. Honestly, I've had paper cuts that were more painful than Dr Lippitt surgery and he drilled bone & repaired muscle! Highly recommended!

i had the same experience as first review. i felt as though he was trying to rush me out the door. was not carring of my needs. i was as i was talking to a wall when telling him my symptoms. i had to give him my family medical history every visit, because he never wrote it down. will never go back to him, nor recamend him.

He was very rude and short, almost irritated. I started crying and wanted to leave, and then hi changed his tone and appoligized. I don't reccomend him and I never will go back to him.
