My daughter had been sent to the ER to have an MRI done. She was unable to do the MRI due to having braces, that were being taken off three days later. We were told to hold off as she was referred to Dr. Sinoff. He did not want her to have an MRI done, he said he could get the same results with tests he could do in his office. He ran some tests, told her how screwed up her eyes were. He suggested a number of possible reasons for the problems she was having. He wanted to wait it out and see her in 6 months. We looked at some of the possible suggestions he had made. After the appointment we discovered that all of the suggested diagnoses could have been ruled out with an MRI. He mentioned that he saw no reason to believe it could be MS. After 6 months he saw my daughter again, and her eyes had gotten better, so he believed it to be a "one off." He would see her again in 6 months. We asked for a second opinion, as all his original suggestions were all very serious. After about… a half my daughter was finally able to get an MRI, referred by another doctor. Turns out it was MS and it was diagnosed with a simple MRI. We have been told that the symptoms she had were all very classic MS and her MRI had all very classic signs. My daughter went a year and a half of wasted time because he was completely incompetent. The one thing he said he was sure she didn't have was MS. Glad to hear he's retiring, and not going to be giving further bad medical advice.

Appointment with Dr Sinoff was on Wednesday 14 February 2024 at Swedish Cherry G Hill for Double Vision condition. Dr Sinoff performed a most comprehensive examination, explained my condition, answered all my questions, explained treatment options, & provided the best path to recovery. Dr Sinoff is in the top 1% of doctors I have ever seen — I rate him as the best doctor to see for the areas he specializes in.

It was an honor and a pleasure to meet Dr Sinoff. He is knowledgeable but also kind and personable. I received a diagnosis and he is in touch with my PCP. I wish him well.

Caring physician that you want on your side taking care of you and collaborating with the other needed physicians when you need help. He has taken care of myself and my wife and we are very fortunate to have this expert available to us.

Waited forever for an appointment and had to see his associate. tests were ordered and after having them done found out they ran them thru the hospital and not the lab so I was billed 150.00 for each of the 2 tests instead of the 50.00 for each thru my insurance. a 200.00 difference. I was not informed of this-should have been told to me up front. I never got any results back from them and have decided to find another doctor that will care more. He may be good but followup and just getting an appointment is an ordeal. 200.00 may not be anything to him but it is a lot to me. it's all about the almighty dollar.

I made an appointment for 11:00am and called back a few days later to ask if I could get a later appointment in the afternoon because my pain in so bad that It takes me a while in the morning to function. 13 years of pain will beat you up. She told me I could have an appointment 3 weeks later at 8:30 am. I said, Why would I give up a 11:00am for a 8:30am when I asked for an afternoon appointment. She then offered a 10:30am I said, again I have an 11:00am. Don't you have any afternoon appointments. She said, NO. I said, what is the doctor in surgery in the afternoon, I never had a Dr that only has appointments in the morning. She said, We only can book new patients in the morning, once you are established you can come in the afternoon. I said, why didn't you tell me that in the beginning. Please cancel everything. I hung up. With much experience with Doctors, if the staff is this stupid, find another Doctor!

Dr. Sinoff is very thorough in discussing, diagnosing and thinking outside of the box for solutions. He is patient, calm and very personable. There is no finer doctor any where. He gets to the bottom of the problem.
