Dr. Suresh Kasaraneni, MD

I met Dr. Kasaraneni, my surgeon, in the ER after enduring 4.5 days of excruciating constant pain from the onset of compartment syndrome. His calm and confident demeanor was a breath of fresh air. After our brief encounter I was rushed to have fasciotomy surgery. When I awoke the pain was finally gone! I later learned the severity and rarity of my condition. Without proper diagnosis and urgent action I would have lost my leg or my life. Due to my surgeon’s breadth of experience he was able to perform my rare surgery and save both my life and limb. I thought I might see him a couple times after surgery and then follow up with my primary doctor, but no, my surgeon cares about my recovery, he has seen me multiple times since and may continue to until I fully recover. During our visits he doesn’t just assess my condition and say have a nice day. He takes the time to really listen to and answer all my questions with thoughtful wisdom. I’m so grateful he was on call the night I needed him.

Being recommended to Dr. Kasaraneni has been a blessing to our family. After two years of pain in my leg and almost losing the use of it, working with 4 other Drs. and months of Physical Therapy, I was recommended to Dr Kasaraneni and with his determination to find out what was wrong - I needed a full hip replacement. He has a great bedside manner, listens to you and is patient and available with helping you with your needs. Mine was harder to determine and he was determined to help me if he could.

Had a ligament replacement, and Dr. Kasaraneni was absolutely great! I highly recommend him to everybody!
