Dr. John Berkely Chambers, MD

The doctor appeared as 'on a run to get done' types. His assistant spent more time with the computer and did not bother to enquire about my symptoms and chronic health condition that I am going through. Instead she kept on insisting that I should let them take an Xray without telling me why they needed one when I had provided to them the CT scan report and images of my neck already. It seems that they don't want to listen to any symptoms other than 'pain'. The doctor kept on ranting that "I did not need to see him.." instead of asking me the details of my health condition. It did not take more than 5 mins for the doctor to dismiss me. I would not recommend this doctor or this facility to anyone....

I do not know how anyone could say anything bad about Dr. Chambers. He was wonderful to me. He operated on my spine two different times-----two different floating discs two years apart. Would not let anyone else touch my back even though I live in Indianapolis now.

Had cervical fushion by him in 2008. After still experiencing pain he basically told me "THAT IS PRETTY NORMAL NOW HERE TAKE THESE PILLS". After him telling me for over five years that my fusion is fine he had the nerve to try to talk me into letting him extend my already double fusion one more level THAT WILL FIX ME while literally guaranteeing me the original fusion is greàt. I could write a book on this. But ànyway I later found out by some real doctors that my fusion was never joined. GET A SECOND OPINION FOR SURE.

I have seen this dr once , he tells me my MRI is wrong and so we're all my ortho dry except him , wow big head much . I'm sure he is paid to say what workers Comp tells him to say

I thank God for Dr. Chambers. In my opinion, he's the best there is!!! I needed surgery last year.. he saw me in the office, scheduled the back surgery, and I was back to work in less than a month. He is caring and professional. I recommend him to my family and friends, and anyone who needs a real doctor!
