Dr. Susan Ann Greenawald, MD

Had no bedside manner nor compassion for the situation I was going through refused to go back.

Dr. Greenwald was a very rude and disrespectful doctor.

Cold, robotic, rude, impatient, the extreme opposite of warm and compassionate.

This Dr. was among the least friendly, compassionate, courteous, or curious Dr.s I have ever encountered. I am a mental health advocate and attended a visit with one of my clients, and was horrified at the way Dr. Greenawald treated her patient. Her suggestion for her patient with frequent and recurring migraines, memory and concentration difficulty, and significant bipolar disease as well as recurring pain from a broken neck was that she was likely experiencing this from her psychiatric medication, bipolar disease and use of pain relievers. If you can see any other neurologist in the county, or within 100 miles I would recommend it, as her tone of voice, facial expressions, attitude and behavior left her patient feeling humiliated, and in tears after the visit. Save yourself from this doctor.

This doctor is emotionally and verbally abusive, contrite, egotistical and did not diagnose my father correctly. She spoke to my father with brain trauma like he was a 2 year old. I fired her to her face then took him to see a seizure specialist who said she was 100% incorrect with her diagnosis and proved it to me. We sent this information to her with no response. She then billed my father for what she called a "missed appointment" that was scheduled for AFTER I fired her. I refused to pay because we fired her. 2 years later we received a bill from collections for the "missed appointment". I am disputing it now. A terrible doctor.

We have been to see Dr. Greenwald for my husbands neurological conditions, he had a stroke about 14 years ago, and is having some new issues. At every visit I was left, feeling confused and like I was a idiot, not just because of her lack of explanations but also her attitude. Finally on the 5th visit I was very upset, and expressed my discontent with her bedside manner, I was not rude by any means, her response was to escort us out of the office, as we were walking out the door she said to my husband "To bad you don't have a wife that cares about you". I've never experienced this sort or behavior from a professional, I was shocked.

Dr. Greenawald was a great help to me in treating my migraine headaches. She listened well, was informative about life-style changes I needed to make and continued to look for the medication that would give me the best result. I am much better because of her care.

Dr. Greenwald is very direct and very honest. I was sent to her for foot pain from nerve injury and she started a medicine which took the pain away completely.

Treated my mother and sister badly-will find another ...

Doctor Greenawald helped me take care of my seizures. Thanks to her help I had a healthy normal son!
