I drove 3 hrs one way to have an appointment with Dr. Mitchell. ..ive never been so impressed. Clean beautiful office. Great staff. I waited maybe 5 mins. Im 26 and Dr. Michelle was wonderful. I was able to tell her everything I wanted and she was very caring and willing and able to fix my issues. I will continue to drive a total of 6 hrs just for my appts with her.

Dr. Susan Mitchell and Dupage Medical Group are fantastic! I have been a patient with her practice for several years. Getting an appt has never been an issue. They are very good about staying on schedule. The only time I've experienced a delay was when Dr Mitchell was called out deal with an emergency or deliver a baby, even then, they work very hard to get back on schedule. I recently required surgery. I'm 6 weeks out from the procedure and I can barely see where the incisions were. I feel better than I did before the surgery. Dr Mitchell was very honest and direct about what to expect both before and after. Her nurses were very timely in getting any paperwork taken care of so I could get medical leave from work. They are also consistently friendly and helpful every time I call the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Mitchell and DuPage Medical Group to anyone who asked.

she's such a sweet doctor. I never felt rushed during my appointments. She delivered my baby and i had complications soon after, she held my hand to assure me i was going to be okay. she was compassionate and professional. I highly recommend her.
