Dr. Syeda Sabeen Naz Rizvi, MD

I have been with Dr. Rizvi for a VERY long time and been very grateful for her care and expertise. Recently, however, I've given some serious thought of changing to another PC, due in part to the recent attitudes I've been getting from some of her staff and the mistakes they're making more and more. It's one thing to make mistakes but don't then "blacklist" a patient who brings it to your attention to the point you ignore their calls and/or speak to them rudely. I sure hope Dr. Rizvi gets a handle on this as it is really getting too much to deal with on top of serious medical problems.

Dr. Rizvi is just my favorite person and physician gives it to me straight and has been instrumental in improving my overall health. She is even sometimes more excited about my health numbers that even I am. My overall health is improving and thankfully Dr. Rizvi discovered my Type 2 diabetes early enough to make an impact.

I have finally found a real Dr. I have lived in Fl for the passed 6 years and thought I would never find a Dr who not only has medical knowledge but is caring and is truly interested in how you see her and her staff. She was so quick on ordering my Rx and getting back to me with results of tests. She took her time with me asking questions. I will recommend Dr Rizvi to anyone who is looking for a Dr.

I have been going to Dr. Rizvi in the Dunedin office for three years since I retired. I am very pleased with her care, professionalism and patience. She does not rush you out of the room to get to the next waiting patient. I feel very comfortable talking to her about any concerns that I am experiencing. She also follows through with immediately with any prescriptions or referrals. I have never had any problems.

Does not get with you on test results. Had to call the office several times for test results.

Dr. Rizvi is the best Dr. I've had in the 15 years I've lived in Florida. She listens and she really cares, she will call back to check on how your doing. Her office staff is very professional, something that's hard to find in Florida. I've referred all my friends to her.

Dr. Rizvi is an excellent MD and her office staff is very professional, courteous and caring.

After 1 1/2 years with Dr. Rizvi, I have moved on to another primary care doctor. Too many mistakes made by her staff. I was given incorrect and quite possibly dangerous instructions about taking my dose of insulin 2 times a day instead of the prescribed 1 time a day dose. I repeatedly questioned this but was told by the staff who called that it was what the doctor wanted me to do, so I followed the new directions. Turned out that was anything but accurate. I was scheduled for an appointment I was never told about but was supposed to get a call back about. A prescription was faxed in to the pharmacy that was 10 times stronger than the prescribed dose. When the pharmacy questioned this it took Dr Rizvi 5 days to get back with the correct dose, so I missed 4 days of medication. I asked for a referral for a specialist that were denied, even though the referral was at the suggestion of my Rheumatologist. Nice, pleasant people working there, but I've lost trust.

Dr. Syeda Rizvi care has been very positive, my first impression was okay but as time goes by she is very nice, polite an caring, she is helping me with my health care and goals. The office staff is great also.
