On a positive note, the office staff is always very nice and professional. I see that they all work very hard and this includes the NP of the office. One thing that needs corrected is the wait time of appointments. I never get seen on time and always have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to be seen. Very frustrating as my time is just as valuable. I understand once in a while, a delay in being seen as patient care can be un-predictable at times. However it shouldn't a constant trend of poor wait times. This should be looked at and corrected to improve patient satisfaction. I have considered going elsewhere for my care because of this.

She always seem put out when I have more questions than she has time to answer and no matter if I'm her first appt or her last I'm waiting 20 minutes or more past the appt time. She sighs at me when i ask questions and has extreamly poor bedside manner! The only thing that office has going for them is her nurses are wonderful and a pure delight to speak with. And when she is done with my appt she just walks out of the room leaving me sitting there wondering if the appt is over. The nurse actually had to come in one time and say why are you still here didn't she say you were done!!!

Was the worst experience. Would recommend for anyone.

Dr. K and Frankie are amazing! I have seen both of them for over 11yrs. I love the front desk ladies that they have now. A while back it seems that they hired new office staff and all I can say is WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Dr. K delivered both of my children. I had an extremly rough pregnancy with my first. Dr. K took care of me my first pregnancy. So with my second I went back to her. My mom was terminally ill with cancer when I was pregnant with my son. Dr. K knew of my mothers situation and always asked how she was doing. I had a c-section with my first, but wanted to have my son natural. She was honest with me about the risks, but was on board with my birth plan. I explained that with my mom as sick as she was... I couldn't be done and out for that long. Long story when I went into labor so fast that Dr. K couldnt be there. The Dr. who was going to deliver me told me that my mom couldn't be in the room when I delivered because I was going to have another c-section. I was… balling and begging to let my mom be there. When Dr. K was reached about me being in labor and found out about me being so upset about my mom not getting to be in there with me... She went to bat for me and explained the situation of why it was so important for my mom to be there!!! My mom was brought in to be with me during my delivery. I can not say how much appreciation I have for her. I tell everyone that she is the best! If your looking for a Dr. to really care about you then she is your person!

I have been a patient of this doctor for 12 years. I have always received excellent care. I have and will recommend her to friends, family and co-workers.

Would not recommend to anyone. Very inappropriate in handling personal business. Will run test not approved by patient, and will over charge. The office staff is very unfriendly and shares your personal business with everyone in the waiting room. I have had a horrible experience and I know others that would agree!!
