Dr Teresa J. Nasabzadeh, MD

I recently called doctor Nasabzadeh’s office asking for a refill on my son’s medication and was treated with such disrespect and condescension that I felt the need to share my experience. I called, and a woman named Dich picked up. When I asked her if she could provide me with a refill, she snapped back, asserting that I had to call the pharmacy instead of the doctor’s office. Dich proceeded to question why I felt the need to call the doctor’s office when there was already a refill with my son’s medication. Her patronizing tone, which insinuated that I was stupid, made me feel extremely insulted. If I knew there was a refill, why should I bother to call the doctor’s office at first. Dich only needed to explain this clearly and politely. I hope Dich will change her attitude and no longer treat others as though they are beneath her. I truly hope no other patients in the future feel as disrespected as I did.

they did not respect my wishes to be examined privately. did not explain my insurance benefits. sascha responded to questions with conflicting information and kept going back on what she stated,

The doctor saw me with her hands in her pockets. Barely approaching me. Not a good one to recommend. Then the meds she prescribed were too expensive. I contacted the office and three days later not heard from them. Called them again, and still no new prescription at the pharmacy
