He is only interested in performing surgery and has no other options. After surgery, wasn’t even available for post op appt. Very insensitive to patient needs. Months after my surgery there was no change in pain level & mobility so his next recommendation was another surgery. Is not concerned about patients taking too many opioids. Waiting time at his office is excessive. Nurse also insensitive. Will not go back!

I needed shoulder surgery almost 5 years ago. He explained everything from the first time I saw him up to the surgery date. Now every 3-4 months I have to get a shot in my rotator cuff by mark or dr Carnine. They both say even though I still have pain every once I a while they both encourage me saying that we can’t do anything else except shots. I’ve been going on 6 months & haven’t needed one but will probably be calling soon.

Being self employed and getting back to work was a very important factor to me. Dr. Carnine was able to get me up and going in a timely manner after my surgery for my torn meniscus. I highly recommend him!

Dr Carnine is the best. His thorough and knowledgeable explanation of my break, the surgery & my recovery put me at complete ease.

He is a nice doctor, but the wait time to see him in his office is far too long. It is ALWAYS about an hour.

WONDERFUL bedside manner...energetic, personable, knowlegable...his staff are wonderful. My husband had surgery with Dr Carnine...he was wonderful to husband and sensitive to my needs as well. We HIGHLY recommend Dr Carnine and his staff
