Dr. Thomas Austin Zorn, MD

Anyone writing bad reviews about this man is sad. Best Doctor I have ever had in over 50 years. Poor reviews about his staff, is just wrong. Super educated man, with a bedside manner that, quite frankly, sets the standard. He genuinely cares and I am proud to know him. His nurses and PA's are TOP notch and JUST as caring. Not enough to say about him or his nurses.

Excellent doctor, excellent office! Dr. Zorn is very intelligent and very personable. He and his office are very responsive. My insurance changed and I had to go to another Dr. and office for a few months and it was a nightmare. Dr. Zorn and his office have gone the extra mile - on a day he was out of the office - just to make sure I had the right care. I can't praise him enough!!

I haven't got to see him for an appointment but what I have delt with the office staff I feel already feel that I really feel very pleased. Everyone went beyond helping me and telling me how I could get the new patient forms on site and answering any questions I had. Thank you again in advanced and keep up the good work. Patricia Jones

When my long term physician retired, I asked several specialist who they would recommend. Every one of them suggested Dr. Zorn. Dr Zorn is personable, provides detailed answers to my questions, and exudes medical competence.

Dr Zorn is a young and very good doctor with an administrative staff that makes too many mistakes. After my prior primary doctor of 25 years retired, he referred me to Dr Zorn. My first office visit was mis-coding by the staff as a physical even though there was no blood work done. It took several months talking to various nurses and office managers before someone finally corrected the error. This year a nurse failed to send the lab work to the lab for an annual physical after telling me it had been sent. Then the nurse informed me that my insurance had changed so that I would not be able to have the lab work done prior to my annual physical. When I informed the nurse that my Medicare Advantage insurance had not changed, she changed her reason to a change in her office policy. An annual physical with the lab results gives the doctor something current to review and discuss with the patient during the physical exam. When I called the nurse to find out why the lab hadn’t received the… lab order the receptionist told me the lab work was never sent to the lab, and that I was no longer a patient.

He gives you full attention and treats you very holistically. The whole experience from greeting staff ,nurses and Dr. Zorn is unparalleled. Look forward for our visits.

Very attentive to my healthcare needs I feel as though I'm obtaining the best care ever. His receptionist Arctavia is phenomenal. I've never been to any healthcare facility in my entire life and was treated with so much compassion, respect and high quality outstanding customer service. Love these two!!

Dr. Zorn not only listens to your concerns, he seems to truly care. I began with him as a Resident Doctor and I hope to always have him, there is NO better Doctor, in my opinion. Also, Arctavia is fantastic, always kind and with a smile.

I love everything about Dr.Zorn and his practice. He is very knowledgeable, he listens to my questions and concerns. Very compassionate and cares about his patients. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen.His staff is outstanding and very helpful. His receptionist is the best.Very friendly and always has a smile. She went out of her way to help me. Best practice I have ever been to. I'd give it over 5 stars!
