overall a great experience! there's nothing negative i can say about it

I've been a patient of Dr. Eads for several years, referred by my sister, who has been a patient much longer. He will discuss options with you, provide treatment, and is efficient. He respects your time; I've never waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room, or exam room! (wish I could say that of every physician I've bee to see) His staff is wonderful, pleasant, caring, and also efficient. I highly recommend him.

You will never find a better dermatologist anywhere! The best!

Not much time spent in lobby 6 min. at most. He values your time and respect, he actively listens to you as well. He made decisions with me and what to do next. He keep money in mind! he told me just how much things would cost. I like this Doctor a lot. Good bedside manor as well. Thank You Much. Staff very good also.

I had been suffering with several skin issues for a many years; finally decided to go to a dermatologist - I walked in, took off my shirt and he said I can fix that- and he did. Very good experience!!!! The man got down to buisness and took care of me in less than 5 min. Dr. Eads answered all my questions and made me feel great!. Best part the procedure it was PAINLESS!!!

I asked for referrals. I checked online ratings, which is why I am writing one. I did not have the same experience as the other patients on this site. He didn't introduce the woman who walked in with him or mention her purpose in being there. He was rude and critical of my questions. He sat on a stool away from the exam table and barely touched, let alone EXAMINED my son. He asked if he was there to "fix my son's face"; which I thought at first to be a very poor attempt at humor; but such comments were continued. When I stated the reasons for our visit; including a yet undiagnosed condition; he proclaimed what it was and then snidely asked if I wanted him to write it down. Again, I was sure he was attempting humor; but the tone was just all wrong. When he suggested topical treatments, I asked if the same topicals should be used at all of the effected sites? Again, with snarky attitude, "Well, only if you want it to go away!" Because he had not performed an exam, I explained the… condition existed in areas where topicals were not possible; ie. his scalp. (Which he would have known if he had examined him). He then suggested my son shave his head. I asked him to explain how washing your face can help with acne and other issues and he told me he couldn't do that because he doesn't wash his own face. And he didn't. He didn't explain how to apply the topical medicine to my teen and then he wrote a script for a medicine in the same family as the only medicine he's ever had an allergic reaction to, without explaining the risks or giving other options. He was not funny. He was not nice. He did not explain. He did not examine. He treated his help like a second-class citizen. And I was left wondering if our paths had crossed before and he had a formed opinion of me before I laid eyes on him. Will not be going back.

Dr. Eads is an amazing professional and it is clearly evident in his calm attitude, excellent and spot on skill levels and ability to put clients at ease from the moment you meet him. The fact that he never rushes through any appointments is wonderful. He actually listens to all concerns and then replies with very detailed answers. His entire staff is right on top of things, too, and are very efficient and polite and see to it that no one ever has wait for their appointment. Great team.

Very good first visit. I will definitely return and recommend Dr. Eads to my friends and family. Office staff was exceptional.

He's one of the most competent doctors I've met. He is not only efficient and effective, but he's also great with people. Even though he's not covered by my insurance, I'll choose him over and over again.
