Worst doctor and service ever. Do not recommend it. Came in for an immigration exam. Few days later Picked up the sealed package and Few months later received a letter from the USCIS claiming that the I-693 issued from the doctor office was someone else. Therefore, I went into the doctor office letting them know the incident and they said it wasn't their fault. And will not issue another sealed document. The doctor keep claiming that it must be the fault of immigration. Doctor won't took accountanted for his mistake even though it was the mistake that made by his stuffs.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT doctor I've ever encountered in my life. I went into his office for an annual, routine physical that should have been covered 100% by my insurance. But this pathetic man decides to file my blood test for "anemia" or something along the lines of "skin problems". I did NOT have skin problems, and I already knew that I was anemic. It doesn't make sense that I would even mention those things. In the end, I had to pay out of pocket and he REFUSED to notify my insurance. There were several times I went to visit him due to some issues I was experiencing, and he never remembered my face, or he would forget what he told me the previous visit and would DIAGNOSE ME WITH THE SAME THING He has absolute NO respect for his patients and does not even put in the littlest effort to get to understand them. When I confronted him through the phone, he said "I don't want to argue", and hung up DO NOT COME TO THIS DOCTOR. HE IS HORRIBLE AND WILL RIP… YOU OFF

I called for an appointment, the nurse told me I can come at 1:00 PM after they come back from lunch, I waited outside the office till 1:20 PM until she showed up, she did not apologize for being late, then she went on a personal call and kept me waiting for ever, no organization skills at all, every thing is a big mess. the doctor came to see me for a few minutes then he left the room to talk to some one else without even telling me if he is done or will be back, his communication skills is very poor. the nurse is not professional at all she think it is her house living room not a clinic. Do Not Go

Dr Hsu has been my doctor since I was a child. He is the only doctor I trust and has always gotten me better right away
