Dr. Thomas John Perlewitz, MD

Dr. Perlewitz was my surgeon 18 years ago performing a 4 disc neck fusion to relieve my pain and restore the discs in my neck. After getting several opinions from other surgeons I chose Dr. Perlewitz based on his diagnosis of my neck pain/problem, his professionalism, his attention to detail, his general kindness & approachability. My surgery and recovery went well and my pain was eliminated. I can’t sing his praises enough! I’ve had 18 years with no issues. However lately my neck has been giving me some pain. Due to that concern I made an appointment just to be checked out. I did not see Dr. Perlewitz but Adam from his team, who was with him when I had my surgery, was able to examine me and look at my x-ray. Adam was able to show me & assure me my neck looked even better than it did a year after my surgery & had not been compromised in any way. We determined that some of my work-outs might be causing me issues & also suggested possibly therapy if any aches/pain continue. I was so… relieved to receive such great news. I have full confidence in Dr.Perlewitz & his team and highly recommend them!

Dr Perlewitz is a fantastic doctor and surgeon. He’s conservative in the right way, incredibly thorough and a master surgeon. Wouldn’t trust my surgical care with anyone else.

Dr Perlewitz is a very good doctor that is an expert in his field. He is kind and caring. I feel he truly cares about his patients. And he is an excellent surgeon.

Dr. Perlewitz, Adam and Danny are a great team. They listen thoroughly, are caring, and understanding. Top spine surgeon and excellent Physician assistants, with great communication, which sets their practice above and beyond other practice. Their expertise, precision and attention to all detail makes them the best!

I don't believe I can put into words what Dr. Perlewitz has done for me. I have a new lease on life and no longer suffer from constant nerve pain down into my legs and back pain. I would recommend his service to everyone who haven't been able to find answers elsewhere!!!
