After 20 years of being treated for ILD, I had a follow up visit with Dr. Wilcox to review CT scan and PFT's and other results from previous tests only to find out it's not lung related and there is nothing he can do so he referred me to a Rheumatologist?? He couldn't answer any of my questions since apparently not lung related. Wow!!

I have been going to see Dr. Wilcox for at least three years. Every appointment I have had he has been thorough, understanding and always asks me the questions that will help him figure out the best way to treat the problems I came in with. I have seen him for breathing issues when I had an upper respiratory infection and this most recent time where I was continuing to have shortness of breath along with other issues after getting over a sinus infection. ZI would definitely recommend him for a family member or friend.

Some people become "doctors" for the money; Then there are doctors who are truly into it because they are "healers." Dr. Wilcox is in the latter category. I've been seeing him for years. He is more than kind, more than patient, more than knowledgeable. Anyone lucky enough to become his patient will feel this way for years to come. Only problem is too many people HAVE found him, and his appointment schedule is very busy!

We had a great experience with Dr. Wilcox. He was friendly, easy to talk with, very clear in his description of my friend's medical condition, and really on top of things. When he saw a reference to a test result that was not in the packet, he took time to get it from the source. We needed a follow-up appointment soon, and without any prompting from us, he asked his scheduler to fit us into his busy schedule later in the week. We recommend him highly!

Dr Wilcox and his staff saved the life of our daughter many times over a period of 4 1/2 months back in 2002-2003. When she was in a coma for 2 1/2 months, Tom was there every step of the way, day and night without hesitation. Our family will be grateful to him for the rest of our lives! We will never forget!
