Dismissive and lacks compassion

Very unprofessional. Coyld have cated less. And made it known.

Of all the healthcare professionals we have consulted for my elderly mother-in-law, Dr. Wolff was the absolute best! She was not a textbook exercise to him. He looked at all the previous Pneumonia/lack of breathe, water retention/heart failure, and made some fantastic drug changes. He used clear language! He understood the dementia and called me on my cell phone to explain his plans for her. I wish he could be her Primary physician. Guaranteed that i will ask for him during our next in-patient stay.
