I would give 0 stars if I could. This individual should have their license revoked. He misdiagnosed me when I was a patient at Rogers Behavioral Health in Oconomowoc, WI., prescribing me a medication that I should never have agreed to take because it gave me a rash that still persists two months later, as well as a slew of other horrific side effects (because I shouldn't have taken it in the first place, but hey, you want to trust a doctor, right?). Do not go anywhere near him.

Rude, annoyed with my indecisiveness, unwilling to spend any time helping with my panic attack and fear. Said he didn’t care if I admitted myself or not because he had plenty of other work to do. Have never had a doctor speak to me like that.

Dr. Levenhagen has a very down to earth approach, somewhat conventional and very honest. He went out of his way to spend extra time with me and to understand my situation. He is intelligent and listens. He does not tell you what you want to hear but what is in your best interest. I truly believe he may have saved my life. We connected and I wish I could continue with him.

very flippant; rude as well; however, very intelligent and has a lot of courage as far as going against other long standing treatment that has failed;rolls his eyes when you are talking to him; very very exceptionally difficult to get a "read" on this man; recommended one thing, and when revisting that idea he denied he ever said it; ignorant about how long standing eating disorders influence mental health-you don't just "sail that ship" and be done with it, as he states-it is a life-long battle!!!!

Dr. Levenhagen gave me my life back after years of struggling with Bipolar Disorder and alcoholism. While is very direct, no holds-barred, this man dedicates his life to helping those with mental illness. I would not be here today if it was not for him.
