Dr. Tricia Mary Loehrig

Dr. Loehrig is not only thorough and knowledgeable, she is compassionate and caring.

Long waits, rude staff, dispenses Xanax, flexeril, etc to patients but when you suffer from anxiety she has a problem dispensing that medication. She’s arrogant, & spends as little time as possible with patients. She lacks compassion and is a hypocrite. I wouldn’t sent an animal there!

Love the doctor (4 stars) but the staff is rude and unprofessional, (1 star) cold and uncaring. I could give you many examples but the one that sticks out - I stood at the desk and heard one of the girls tell a man over the phone that he had an increased white count and high sugar and then rush him off of the phone. I heard her ask for him by name. Now I know his business. I wonder who knows mine. It's enough to make me wonder...do I stay with the doctor and put up with the staff or do I move on.

Doctor is great but staff is not as kind and professionale as you would like.
