Dr. Vera Draganic Cecilio, MD

I had an appointment with Dr Vera Cecilio, in half an hour, she made me hear again, but two days later, a Vertigo Hit me!!! I called and "the receptionist" with a sarcasm and unconsidered tone of voice said if I wanted to get my problem solved, I had to pay to see an other Dr. because Dr. Cecilio was out of town. I believe in compassion and customer care, I believe we patients pay those employees salaries, they should be properly train in customer service manners and probably your business will show a better initial impression.

I called Dr. Cecilio's office to get a pathology report on a mutual patient that was in my office at the time. I needed the report to send to an Imaging Center for a PET Scan. The woman who answered the phone was so rude & disrespectful that I asked to speak to a manager. She went on saying that she was the only person who worked there & I could only speak to her. I then asked if I should have my Doctor call her Doctor to get the report. She said "do what you gotta do," and hung up in my face. I then had to have my 80 year old patient call Dr. Cecilio's office to request the lab. Completely inappropriate & unprofessional.

I'm surprised she's still in business: She misdiagnosed my vocal cord nodule as just a "irritated throat" problem and gave me antibiotic which didn't help me none but messing up my stomach.
