Dr. Vijaya Lakshmi Devi Mummadi, MD

I have been trying to resolve an administrative issue with Dr. Mummadi's office for more than a year. It was a simple issue that could have been easily handled. But instead it has resulted in dozens of phone calls, huge amounts of frustration, and me being turned over to a collections agency. I sent a certified letter to Dr. Mummadi asking her to resolve the situation personally, and I have been ignored. They rarely answer their phone. The mailbox is often full. It's really a shame, because Rachel is an excellent PA. My friend who originally referred me left the practice because of administrative incompetence. I should have listened to her. I hope you listen to me and others who have had similar experiences.

This doctor was meant to be a physician. She is thorough and compassionate. I am a registered nurse and could not be more pleased with the care we have received from her. She is a dedicated professional and a very genuinely caring person. So happy to have found her when we moved to McKinney. We would not hesitate to recommend her to our friends and family. the doctor failed to examine me after an accident resulting in injury

She is an awesome doctor and was very empathetic and understanding of my needs. She kept her focus completely on me through out our visit. She spent lot of time understanding my problems. I heard she was very good from my friend who referred me to her but never thought she would be so good. I am looking forward to my follow up appointment with her and will refer my friends to her as well.

Excellent compassionate physician. She understands all the problems and needs of the patients as well as the families. She always keeps the patient in the loop and explains everything in a way that I can understand better.
