I would not recommend Dr. Bansal's office to anyone. I have been going there since 2017. Only met with the actual Doctor twice. Every other visit, I was seen by the PA, which changed frequently. My medications were changed and adjusted many times, with no real relief. The last PA I saw suggested I try their TMS treatments. It was approved by my insurance, and I was told by the staff that I would only owe a $50 copay once per week. I even have a signed form that states $50 copay. Well, here we are four weeks later, and I get a bill for $1800. I was told that is all my deductible, and I will need to pay this. I was lied to, and am now expected to pay a ridiculous amount of money for a treatment that I cannot even finish. I am absolutely horrified at the way I've been treated.

Dr. Bansal let's her nurse practioner do any evaluation and she stops by to give you a quick moment...and her billing person, Mitral, will not fix any mistakes...like when the receptionist doesn't take the correct fee. WTH? HEADACHE!

If you don't have good insurance, then you get treated differently! Her office staff can be rude. Good thing is she will spend on average 45 minutes listening to you, so she's like a therapist. but she doesn't like to adjust medications, she just kept making you return for another evaluation in couple of weeks, which can be frustrating.

Dr. Bansal is absolutely amazing, she takes her time and makes sure I understood the plan of care. Very compassionate and has a great personality.
