This is a true an personal event involving DR Malviya. Leaving for work one morning i received a call from the floor of the hospital my wife was on. The nurse said please come to the hospital my wife may not be a live with in the next hour, When i got there two Doctors told me she would not wake up and she would most likely past away with in the next few hours, not long after DR Malviya came on the floor, i told him what the doctors said he look me in my eyes and said i will wake her up. With in twelve hours she was awoke and live a meaningful life not bed written but with quality for over a year some months Their are doctors and some time if you are very lucky you find a great Physician. i honestly believe having DR Malviya we were two of the luckiest people on earth. As his patient for 21 years, I truly feel Dr. Malviya extended my life and provided the kind of care you expect when you are diagnosed with something so serious. I wanted a doctor who is an expert in their field and who would tell me honestly what options there are and perform any surgical procedure with excellence. Dr. Malviya completely embodies these characteristics. It's hard enough to deal with the diagnosis and you want the best doctor like him who will take the time to explain everything in detail and not rush you out the door. Had I gone with the first 3 hospital's recommendation, I would not have three beautiful kids today. Dr. Malviya suggested a less invasive procedure and I chose him because of his reputation and years of experience in the field of GYN oncology. He took the time to explain the details of my condition in an honest, serious, and direct way but still with kindness and care. The procedure was a complete success. I continued to follow-up with Dr. Malviya for… all these years because he had earned my trust. When I decided to have a hysterectomy 12 years after that first procedure, Dr. Malviya informed me that a Total hysterectomy was not necessary and suggested a subtotal (partial) hysterectomy. That was also a complete success and I will be forever grateful to Dr. Malviya and his care over the years.

Dr. Malviya is a wonderful doctor that has taken excellent care of me over the past several years. He is a skilled surgeon and always available when needed.

Dr. Malviya is a very compassionate and caring doctor. I truly believe that without his skill as a surgeon I would not be alive today. He always takes the time to answer any questions I might have without making me feel like he's rushing to move on to the next patient.

I was a patient of Dr. Malviya's for 20 years. At my very first visit I was informed I had stage IV ovarian cancer. Although hearing this from a doctor I had never met, he made me feel very secure with my choice. He is a very knowledgeable and compassionate person. This man saved my life! I can't say enough what an excellent doctor he is!

Dr Malviya was the doctor that my mother trusted to treat her cancer (if she really had cancer) He did several surgeries despite her declining health, giving her hope for life when it was clear that after the repeated surgeries there was nothing that he could do but she trusted him to the end and he failed her because she is no longer here

I was referred by more than one doctor at the time of my diagnosis of almost stage 4 ovarian cancer. I am a 13 year survivor and have had all these years because of Dr. Malviya. I have never had a doctor with more compassion, focus and professionalism ever! I highly recommend him for any gynecologic oncology care.

Dr. Malviya is an excellent doctor, surgeon and oncologist. I speak as his nurse of 32.5 years, as well as a patient. He is a brilliant and caring person. His patients love him; they trust him with all aspects of their care; they will ask his opinion about procedures scheduled by other doctors. The wait in the office is a bit long, but the patients get as much time as they need and say that he is worth the wait. He explains procedures, will draw diagrams to help with understanding the procedures. He has never done procedures or treatments that weren't necessary. As his nurse, I have seen the outcomes of his procedures, so when I needed surgery, I was thrilled when he agreed to do my surgery. He helped cure my sister who had stage 3 ovarian cancer; she is a 33 year survivor. I recommend him to EVERYONE.
