Incorrectly coded procedure so insurance would not pay. Was preventative procedure that he coded incorrectly and refused to correct. Office staff very difficult to work with. Ended up costing almost $5,000 out of pocket for preventative procedure that should be covered by insurance.

Very pleased with Dr Tongson. Appointments were on time. He spent sufficient time with me on each visit to explain things to my satisfaction. He allowed me to ask questions. He was compassionate and interested in my care.He is very skilled and competent but the other intangibles provided an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Dr. Tongson has been my Doctor for almost 15 years. I can not give him enough praise. He saved my life in 2013, found thyroid cancer. I just went to him complaining of feeling like I was under water all the time, he noticed immediately my neck looked swelled, although I did not see this, he did. All I can say is THANK GOD for Dr. Tongson.

Dr. Tongson is one of the best doctors in the area. He has saved my life a lot and I can not find a better doctor in the area. I cannot thank him and his staff enough.
