made app for my mom first time for dizziness and high blood pressure and home health referral,after 3 wks I am still calling the office for medication and referral and asking to talk to Dr,he is ignoring me and wanting to make another app for same reason!!

Ialways felt that Dr. GABRILLO HAS given me personal treatment even when i am out of the country in several occasions.Thru help from her officei was able to get the treatment i asked of h8m,thanks tostaff especially her RN P

Staff is slow and rude , never friendly they owed me a $ 20.00 refund , it's been a year now and I never seen it , very poor business skills , doctor is nice but his staff makes him look very bad .

I will never go to this man. ever again.

This place is mediocre at best. They change there front office staff all the time so forget about follow ups or referrals. They are nearly impossible to get done. Although the waiting room is always empty you always have to wait an hour to see the doctor. Oh ya, and they don't have bathrooms. So even though you have been waiting a hour to see the doctor if you need to use the rest room you are out of luck. They are only for lab purposes and will promptly tell you no if you ask. Stay away if you can.

I didn't even make it the office to see this MD before I recieved HORRIBLE service!! The office staff is inefficient and RUDE!! The person that answered the phone kept putting me on hold repeatedly. I would speak two words and I'd be on hold again. When I did speak with the office personel they were rude and inefficient!!! What a horrible experience.

- unresponsive to needs- long waiting time to see- unavailability of appointment in reasonable time- no follow up on tests and patient's conditions- very rude and uncaring front office staffs- in short, don't go there. i just had worse experience ever.

I will never go to thhis doctor again. Very bad office folks..

This doctor has the worst bedside manner. Patient charts are not maintained. The N.P.is unprofessional. Office staff is great to bad they are not the Doctors.
