My “Spectacular Family” Medical Center I am so very grateful to be a patient of Family Medical Center for 20 years and counting. The doctors, nurses, and staff make you feel at home once you step in through the doors. First and foremost, there is the ever-so-knowledgeable Dr. Wayne Case who treats you as if you were his own child. His patience and kindness are as immense as his wisdom. He takes his time to answer all of your questions so that you can feel at ease with any and all of your questions. Then there is the extraordinary Dr. Cheryl Case-Diaz who always greets you with a smile and is ready to wholeheartedly give you her undivided attention. Her beautiful soul is as bright as the immeasurable knowledge that she possesses in the medical field. There is also the loving and wonderful Dr. Michael Paritzky that always has a hug waiting for you as well as a vast array of knowledge with which he shares from his heart. Each and every doctor at Family Medical Center is truly priceless to… my family and me. Not to mention the spectacular nurses, Amber, Stephanie, Sue, and Jenny that ensure you have peace and tranquility all the while making you smile even when one is not feeling at your very best. Last, but definitely not least is the wonderful staff Grisela, Samanda, Jose, and all of the great young ladies, that make sure that whether in person or over the phone they go above and beyond to help you all the while treating everyone with the utmost kindness. outstanding doctor manner and attention

The office staff could use some serious improvements, but I'd never throw the baby out with the bath water. Dr. Case is great. Spends time with you, listens, tests appropriately and can do most right there in the office (bloodwork, EKGs, x-rays, etc).

I have been a patient of Dr. Case for almost 16 years. I will not trust any other doctor as much as I trust Dr. Case. I have to agree that his staff is not very courteous toward the patients, but at the end of the day, I rather have a doctor with experience that I can trust than to have friendly people at the front desk.

My experience with the employees of this office is very poor! There is no real personal attention. My feelings were more like I was at a car repair shop. I would recommend anyone looking for a primary doctor to go elsewhere. I was trying to fill a prescription for a common issue I have and they have no sensitivity to the feelings of the patient. DO NOT GO THERE YOU WILL HAVE A VERY UNPLEASANT FEELING.

Perhaps I'm just getting old, but I remember a time when physicians were responsive to patient issues. Unnecessary and costly tests lead to slow, and in some cases no, feedback. It's their way or the highway at this office. I chose the highway (another doctor - highly regarded this time) and suggest that you do the same.

i would not recommend this dr

This doctor spends little time with patient. The attending nurse spend more time with the patient than the doctor. All sorts of testing is done and prescribed, but no results given to patient in months. After months of calling and leaving messages, no callbacks from the doctor or his office. This is the worst service ever.

I keep coming back to this office because of the Doctor's but the administrative staff is so deceiving.They never return the phone calls and do not do their follow ups. I feel as if I was beging them a service. I heard the same comments from other patients in the waiting room.

Dr. Case's staff is the worst ever. Maybe they are understaffed, not sure, but his staff is enough to make me want to stay away. I get the impression that he's just in it to make as much money as possible with as little involvement with the patient as possible. Don't expect him to call you back -- his staff let's you know flat out that he does not return patient calls. Forget him visiting you in the hospital too -- won't happen. Also, if you have a condition that's chronic, he doesn't seem to much care about really delving into trying to figure out what to do to help.
