First visit was great. Second visit not so great. Third visit was sent to a pain doctor because Medicare didn’t pay him enough. My primary doctor was concerned about a my mri results because of a bulging disc and a hemangioma. It was dismissed by his PA as nothing and she said he doesn’t do shots anymore because Medicare would not pay for both shots. So she told me to go to a pain clinic because Longview Regional doesn’t have the staff he needs to work with. It’s all about the money with this doctor!,

Staff does not answer the phone during business hours. They didn't obtain prior authorization from my insurance prior to a procedure as directed, as a result I'm stuck with the bill. He told me that I don't have a condition that 4 other doctors have already diagnosed me with. I would go elsewhere.

ER Doctor referred my husband to this "Doctor" for an MRI on his shoulder. My husband was told to go get physical therapy (without a diagnosis!) and to come back in a month. Arrogant and dismissive. We do NOT recommend.

Average visit time about 5 min. No follow up. He talks, you listen. NO people skills. I needed more than you need surgery, make an appointment. As much I hate going to doctor, I'm looking for another surgeon.

Do not recommend. Did not respond to requests for a change in pain meds as the ones prescribed were not working for me. Did not want more....just different kind. Not helpful or caring at all.

Excellent doctor/surgeon. Highly recommended.

He has the worst bedside manners I have even seen. Very rude and did not care at all that I was in pain. Will never go back there again.

Very friendly & helpful 1st visit. Second visit was hostile, bullying, unhelpful & condescending. Wouldn't listen, got angry, impatient & so unpleasant. Go anywhere else.
