Dr. William Wayne Huntley, MD

I don't know why anyone would give Doctor Huntley a one-star because they are upset with their own insurance coverage (makes no sense). Dr. Huntley is very involved my situation and has been flexible and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about him. I feel very confident in his continued care.

Office staff is extremely insulting. Was told to do my homework on my insurance. I know what I need with my insurance and my other dr office sent it to them. Then was told not to show up smelling like an ashtray (I don’t even smoke) I understand not to wear colognes that can set off a migraine, but they actually sniffed me and then start asking if I wore cologne. No I didn’t as was told not to, I washed my hair the night before and they said they could smell it (Pantene) and it could give dr a migraine. I was actually sniffed!!! Then in room with dr he refused to even look at symptoms my go wanted me checked for and told me it’s anxiety. I go paralyzed and he totally ignored that and just focused t on that I take diazepam (which was prescribed for severe muscle spasms not anxiety. Very insulting and I felt like I was thrown under bus and that he totally disregarded what my go wanted checked out

Dr. Huntley helped my son years ago when he was in LaGrange, GA. He is a very caring doctor and I highly recommend him. I miss him. ~Lisa Hurst

Dr. William W. Huntley is the best Neurologist I have ever been to, and believe me I have been to many before when i lived I Tn. 1 have quite a few Neurological and he has helped me so much. He is kind, caring, and you can see his heart is dedicated to his patients. His office staff goes the extra mile with all his patients. Jill, Lisa, and Joann are wonderful. After having experienced inadequate “one size fits all doctoring,” Dr. Huntley proved to be an outstanding neurologist who practices the art of medicine as it applies to each individual. Unlike too many physicians, he takes the time to methodically and skillfully assess each patient using all available information while wisely being aware of possibilities previously unobserved. In watching Dr. Huntley work, I observed a man who is genuinely caring, committed to his profession and determined to be the best he can be. Dr Huntley was the first Dr to get my sons siezures under control after suffering many siezures and seeing many Drs. We have been going him for about 8 years now. We love his office staff which go out of their way to help . He has alwayss been threr for us!

I will never forget the Intensive Care nurse telling me that were I in your son's place I would want to look up and see that Dr. Huntley was taking care of me. That was all the endorsement I needed. The nurses words proved to be more true that I could have imagined. Dr. Huntley is a no nonsense kind of doctor that will be upfront with you. The best part is that he is an awesome doctor. Thanks to him my son is alive and kicking. When he goes to work he always gives you his best. Since I first met him I have taken my aging parents to him on several occasions. I trust him and respct him.

I think Dr. Huntley is competent, alhough his bedside manner is lacking. If Dr. Huntley reads these comments, he might try smiling a little.
