every time I try to get a appointment it's days or weeks until I get in. Changing doctors.. If he's that busy then he should stop accepting patients..

I have been in to the the office 3 times since being transferred to Dr. Menzies. I have only seen him once. Every time you call to make an appointment it is going to be several weeks before you can be seen by the doctor, so they refer you to the PA. The PA is very nice and professional, but it would be nice to actually get to see the doctor. Each time I have been in has been for an actual issue, not just a follow up. I saw the PA twice before even meeting/seeing the doctor. Also, the first time I was at the office (to see the PA), I had a 9:15 appointment. It was 10:30 before he ever got there. The following times were not as bad, but still not great. Patient's time is not something they seem to be concerned with. Other than that, no complaints.
