Beware of this horrible doctor and rude staff. I wouldn’t go to this office.

Dr.tham is fantastic. Me and my husband both saw him for 2 years and we loved him! I have never once heard anybody at the office as patients ever say he over prescribed or was even laid back about prescribing. Hes always been a doctor that truly cares about your needs . we havent seen him since 2018 because we moved, but wish we still could.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tham for over 15 years. I find him to be an excellent, compassionate and caring doctor. He initially guided me through the various pain management therapies and procedures to alleviate my painful orthopedic problem; ; he has stuck with me through identifying correct medication, and even doing paperwork for Federal disability retirement. (which was approved). I have recommended him to my friends and even family ...all with positive results and feedback. I have the highest regard for Dr. Tham and consider him one of the best doctors I have ever encountered.

For some apparent reason the site will not allow you to rate Dr. King, so I'll use Dr. Tham's review. My initial and final appointment was terrible, not only did Dr. King rush through my visit he didn't care to listen to anything I had to say. He spent the whole time speed talking through the exam. When I tried to explain the reasons behind my pain he interrupted me several times, stating he didn't see anything on the MRI indicating that he would even prescribe an aspirin based on what he saw. I didn't go to pain management for any type of meds. I had been given meds before and nothing worked. The facility came highly recommended, but after seeing Dr. Lee first hand I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. I left very disappointed, then later on I found out he was discussing my visit with other staff members, stating I was basically out of control and stormed out of his office swearing at him. I'm a very mild tempered person, and would never conduct myself as Dr. King indicated. I… plan to retain a lawyer and have this violation looked into.

I could not believe my eyes when when I was watching the new show Sunday night when they were doing a piece about doctors that have been taking kick backs from drug companies for giving prescriptions for their drug. They showed a picture of 3 doctors and mentioned Dr. Tham with his photo as being one of them. I was suspicious when he suggested I get prolotherapy but I had to pay $300.00 each session because insurance would not pay for it. It did not work for me at all and I wasted $1,500.00 on these procedures. Beware.

I had an extremely positive treatment experience with Dr. Tham. He thoroughly explained the treatment and the results to expect. My prolotherapy treatments lessened my pain considerably! I am trying to get my daughter to go to Dr. Tham for her arthritic pain.

Dr Thames is an excellent Doctor. Very knowledgeable and shares his knowledge with you which I find truly amazing. Dr Thames has a great bedside manner and you can be the best doctor in your field but if you don't have a good bedside manner, you have nothing. I highly recommend Dr. Thames for anyone who needs help with pain. Dr. Tham, keep up the good work and thank you for your help. You made a big difference in my partners life. Thank you!

I saw Tham initially he was thorough and seemed to understand. But then every visit after I am only allowed to see a PA. They just got new PA's to make matters worse that don't know the case files and like other reviews state when you need refills the staff is very incompetent. They do not return phone calls, some medications they just forget about and never fill after multiple attempts. When there is issues you have to go into the office because they won't call you back. Dr.Weaks, PA is awful, he seems to forget you from month to month and treats everyone like they are one of those abusing medication even with real diagnosis'. They frequently abuse privacy and ask very personal question to you while in the waiting area and yell from across the desks to the lobby, so everyone in ear shot hears everything. They will not let me see Tham. The office is so busy and the staff very incompetent trash that its amazing they haven't had a lawsuit with all the mistakes and privacy violations. I… am trying to find a good doctor, but too bad you can't see Tham after your initial visit. The rest of the staff and PA's are not worth your pain.

Dr. Tham will happily waste your time, as he unabashedly states that "If you want me to treat you, you're just going to have to wait." His staff is not especially competent, and he is very unprofessional. I wouldn't let this guy touch me, and I would not recommend him to anyone

I've been a patient of Dr Thams for over 20yrs and would give him 20 Stars if possible. He is caring, compassionate and understanding; he treats the whole problem, getting to the root, not just the symptoms. But the reason he is only getting 3 stars-and that's being generous- is his staff. As mentioned in another review, one of his P.A.'s is mouthy and inconsiderate- she has no business working with patients!! She is mean, short-tempered, and if you dare question something she says she closes her file and walks out, and your visit is over. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my entire life. She was my PA for only a short time and I requested someone else. His office staff also leaves room for improvement: phone calls are often not returned, phone messages mixed up, names written wrong, etc... I repeatedly have to tell them that I don't have a co-pay-putting a not on chart is so easy, they never fail to let me know when they believe I owe money, but never when I… don't. its hard to get to a live person when you call, and they often don't return your call. when prescriptions are requested, and they are asked to call when they are ready, no call comes. They are rude and more interested in talking to the person next to them. The whole staff needs to take training on how to work in a Drs office and learn compassion, interest, and understanding, When I'm in pain and need to come in to see either Dr Tham or a PA, I don't need to be asked if I'm certain I'm feeling bad enough to need an appointment today!
