Dr. William Turlington

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Turlington for many yrs. I’ve only had good experiences in his office.

He is like a bull in a China shop. An experience that should have been lovely turned into a horrible story. He did not honor my right to privacy, he was crude and inappropriate and made awful comments during all my visits. If I could go back in time and not have scheduled with him I would. The worst experience I have ever had. His bedside manner really is the worst, and he is very disrespectful. You can tell he doesn't care for what your preferences are. He always talks about how busy he is, so when you ask him for things he says he is too busy. I asked him for follow up testing and he said he was too busy to figure out what the next test would be. I asked him for a prescription for morning sickness and he said he was too busy to call it in that day, he was literally right in front of me and could have written it out. He never bothered calling it in even the next day, even the next week! Don't go here. It's not worth it.

This doc made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way as well as that I knew my rights and that I was in charge of any treatment or testing done. He also made sure that tools used we're the right size for my body. The best aspect of the visit Howe e, was when he gaveme a hypothesis for an issue I've dealt with for years with others acting like it's a medical impossibly. Basic 5/5!!!

Everyone is so friendly I really enjoy my visits

I went recently for my annual women's check up. I'm post menopausal, over 55. Imagine my surprise to receive a bill for a pregnancy test! Imagine my greater surprise to be told by Dr. Turlington's business office that IT IS THEIR PROTOCOL to give EVERY patient a pregnancy test, regardless of whether you can actually physically be pregnant or not!! And they wouldn't remove the charge! Award for sticking it to your patients goes to Southeast Women's Center in Clayton.

My wife researched all the ways that lead up to an unwanted c-section and our experience with Turlington went just that way. 1: Induce labor - 2: Pain meds - 3: Oxygen because baby heart rate dropping - 4: Heart rate has been too high for too long - 5: We have to do a c-section - 6: birth at 8:30, Turlington's car waiting for him at the door by 8:45, home by 9:00...

I have had great experiences at Southeast Women's Center. The providers there obviously work hard and are dedicated to their services.
