Unprofessional, condescending. They cancelled my first appt, no big deal except they charged ME $450 for missing the appt. I have called and emailed them re this and have not received a response. 2nd and 3rd appt tries, doctor didn't join either meeting as I sat and waited .. finally, her office was able to connect me with her after 5pm. At this point, she repeatedly felt the need to remind me that it was after her work hours - totally unprofessional and unnecessary, esp since it was not my fault. She also refused to give me a non-stimulant medication - I can't comprehend why - and I just left the meeting without pressing any further. In the end, she never called the prescription in anyway. I am still getting reminders for a follow up appt I cancelled two weeks ago (literally the minute I saw it, I cancelled - she was so awful) and now the company contact email from their web site bounces. Just an all around horrible experience.
