Not only did I feel that I got the best quality care for me, but Dr. Hoopes allowed me to express my feelings after losing my dog of 11 years. I was incredibly sensitive and emotional. She allowed me to talk about what I was going through without feeling rushed. While I know that is her main priority but felt heard/accepted. I didn't want her to focus on my mental/emotional status but she took the time to give me the time that I needed and acknowledged that she was there for me if I needed anything else.

Very kind doctor. Always informs me, and ask me if I have any questions to make sure I'm well informed. When checking up on my health she is gently and makes me feel safe about any procedure. She schedules me at a timely manner .
