I can see where this place is getting low reviews, the staff here is absolutely the most unprofessional class I've ever dealt with in my life. I don't work in the eye industry, I don't work with insurance so I have no idea how that works. They said they accepted my insurance but my insurance doesn't cover anything. I tried to get more information from them because the whole matter was confusing and Marie flipped out, raised her voice and started telling me not to get an attitude with her. She told me that's how she reacts in a professional environment to anyone she feels disrespected by. What sort of nonsense is that? Then she got even louder when I asked what her name was, and then refused to answer and told me she didn't do anything to me so she doesn't know why I'm asking for her name. I have never, ever been to a place like this and all of it happened because I asked a very simple question. When I went to the front desk and asked the exact same question, I got a different answer… given to me in a different tone I said okay and walked away without a problem. But Marie specifically for some reason was unable to answer the same question and just kept insisting that I signed document saying that I would pay everything out of pocket. This place seems to be only about the money and their professional communication skills are that of a small toddler. Disgusting and I would never, ever go here. Her exact quote, "this is how I act when people disrespect me!" What are you talking about?! You're asking me to pay about $400 out or pocket when I have full vision coverage! Here's the even more entertaining part. They insisted I did not have vision, two separate employees told me this. I just went online and I called my insurance carrier myself and they said I absolutely do, no one has contacted them about my policy at all. I have 100% vision coverage and they wanted me to pay everything out of pocket. So I me the complaint to the insurance carrier as well.
