My first visit with Dr Bates was awesome! He was very professional, kind, knowledgeable, concerned and down to earth. Dr Bates and his team, especially his assistant who was very nice made me feel at ease. I look forward to his treatment and would recommend him and his staff to anyone. Thank you for making my first visit fantastic and comfortable.

Very understanding of my complicated situation inwhich needing surgery yet have to hold off for the moment.Offered a shot to help me with the pain for the moment which helped relieve my pain .Dr.Bates did my husbands very complicated shoulder surgery and did such an incredible job my husband healed much faster than expected. Dr.Bates is tge only Dr. I will allow to do my surgery, thi is coming from a retired nurse ! His assistant PA was incredibly kind and on point with my health and the shot she administered.I Highly recommend Dr.Aaron Bates !

First visit with Dr. Bates. As a current patient, I'm always impressed with the staff, and nurses. Dr. Bates staff was no different. Helpful, and courteous. Dr. Bates was attentive, clear in explaining the treatment. He is easy to talk to and seems to be genuinely concerned about his patients. Great visit.

Saw Dr. Bates on 3/11/2026. He was very kind, he listened to my complaints, he then examined my affected area. He told what he thinks is going on, but to make sure he's sending me for more tests. Very, attentive, very professional, knowledgeable. Yes I enjoyed this visit cause I felt like he cared. I recommend him to others.

Dr Aaron Bates and his staff was amazing great service they went above and beyond and this was only my first visit. And my appointment didn't take long and I didn't have to wait long at all very blessed to experience their services. And I was able to pick up my prescription in the same building very convenient. Overall my experience was 10 Stars.

I have been seeing Dr. Bates since 2017 and the advice, recommendations, and information he has given me has been precisely what I need. I have so much faith in the words that he says. Dr. Bates was very professional and knowledgeable. We saw him for my 16 year olds wrestling injury and he took the time to speak with him, explained what to do and next steps!
