He has no issue being a doctor. He just writes prescriptions without even thinking. I am surprised the state allows him to still practice! Stay away unless you want horrific care!

Very unprofessional, condescending, one of the least caring doctors I've seen.Only seems to worry about how often he can see you to get that money!

I have never been so mistreated by a doctor and their staff. Never. He made me live through side effects of medication I should never have had to experience just to make his job easier in prescribing. It's been several years now and I still get angry when I think of Dr. Billowitz and his staff. How does one give zero stars on this website?

Dr. Bilowitz was nasty to myself and my family. He also prescribed medication that should not have been given with medication I was already on. He was very cold and uncaring.
