If you have any pelvic pain the doctor that helped me and is a works expert is Dr Michael Hibner in Scottsdale, AZ. Amazing surgeon and nerve specialist that helped when nobody else could. Just my personal opinion and trying to help others in my painful situation to get real help. Best of luck

Dr. Filler may be well intended however after 2 surgeries to correct nerve entrapments / damage ? I have been left with Central Sensitization Syndrome. The two experimental surgeries did nothing but spread the nerve pain throughout my gluteus, back, and sciatic nerves. It has been 7 years since I was told each time that he could fix the nerves? At a 97% success rate. Get other opinions before you let someone cut through nerves and muscles that might be fine. Far worse now than before these 2 useless costly surgeries .

I PAID OVER 50,000 CASH AND 20,000 IN CREDIT CARD AND MY PRIVATE INSURANCE PAID OVER $500,000 FOR CEDAR SINAI MEDICAL CENTER FOR A LONG SURGERY AND I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE HIS STAFF KEPT IGNORING MY CALLS AND EMAILS AND I LIVED OUT OF STATE MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK. MY INSURANCE PAID ?? of MY SURGERY AND OFFICE VISITS AND MRI ETC... PLUS, THE SURGERY LEFT ME WITH THE WORSE NERVE DAMAGE AND CHRONIC PAIN. I SENT HIM A CERTIFIED LETTER WITH NO ANSWER. I CANT TRAVEL TO FILE A COURT APPEAL. THESE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS HEREIN ARE ALSO TRUE. HIS STAFF IS THE WORSE. RUN!, RUN! Before it’s late. If you hear “Surgery can fail and you might end up in the 5% that get worse...”.; RUN!!!! I was going for feet issues and I ended up not being able to sit or stand or walk. I have 5 inches long on both buttocks with the worse nerve and muscle pains. My sciatica is painful. It took 4 years to get the level 20 pain level to 10… pain level. The experience and the loss of our home made is hard for my marriage of 20 years that it caused my divorced. I’m now broke and live with family when I was a successful woman. They should close this office. My daughter who plans on getting an attorney for me will request all and all negative reviews and complaints. I do pray for you patients and victims that you don’t go through what I’ve gone and go through. Did I mention that after the surgery I ended up with the worse form of electric shocks in my body? Real shocks that no meds subside only steroids calm them down for a few days.

This doctor is a quack as far as I am concerned. Having surgery with Dr. Filler in 2010 remains one of greatest regrets. To say the least, the surgery he performed left me in incomparably worse shape with permanent damage. While my original pudendal neuralgia pains were a nightmare, after his piriformis release surgery (which was really his own guess work regarding where the nerve might be pinched), I was left unable to walk without new, excruciating pains. I wish someone had warned me about what that surgery would do to my body. I feel as though Dr. Filler irresponsibly cut into muscle tissue without being sure that that's where the nerve was being pinched. Eight years later, I am still paying the increased pain price from the ineffective surgery he performed. As others have mentioned, it also seems like he is more interested in making $$ than helping his patients get better. Please think twice before seeing this doctor.

Dr. Filler is a brilliant doctor. He diagnosed me accurately when other doctors did not know my issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Filler. His office employees are highly professional and extremely courteous. I am very pleased.

I can walk today because Dr. Filler has worked his magic on me in the form of surgery and nerve blocks. I finally found him after seeing 8 other neuro and orthopedic surgeons. His precision as a diagnostician and help me see the illogical errors that led to other surgeon's recommendations that I have surgeries that would have been torturous. He is the best anywhere. The fact that I can walk and am relatively pain-free for at least some days is a miracle.

I waited 2 months for this appt. Was ready to pay out of pocket, as I'm desperate for relief. Once at his office, I waited over an hour to be seen, and treated SO rudely by receptionist Dee. Finally walked out, knowing I'd never be well taken care of by this Dr. or his staff. After reading the other reviews, I'm so glad I left, even though it means I continue to suffer level 10 pain. I will find someone else.

After numerous doctors and medication and treatment for horrible nerve pain wish I had for 1 year and half 24 hours a day.I did some research and I thank god i found Dr Aaron Filler. After one treatment I been pain free . He is very nolegble, professional, and has great bedside manor . His staff is very nice. I couldn’t find anything negative about this amazing doctor .

got a surgery with dr Filler, could not walk or sit before surgery (piriformis) and now I am in top shape, working and walking, no more pain. I could never thank him enough for what he did for me.
