Dr. Teresa Lynn Pusheck, MD

Dr Pusheck performed multiple procedures on me in 1999 after I grew up living without being able to breathe thru nostrils & years of seeing specialists for allergies, sinus problems, sleep apnea, etc. She fought for my insurance to cover the procedures after trying all other non-surgical options for over a year. She found polyups, deviated septum, signs of chronic sinus infections - performed uvulectomy, soft pallate shaving, tonsils & adenoids remnant removal, more. This changed my life - I had never been able to sleep through the night before, and most mornings I would regurgitate from all the symptoms - they disappeared. My snoring subsided, my wife could sleep. She is the only doctor who I remember after all these years.

Dr. Pusheck has been my ENT at Kaiser Permanente for over 20 years treating me post radiation treatment I received for nasopharyngeal cancer. She is the best doctor I've ever had - very caring, always answering all my questions, spends as much time as I need, submits out-of-plan referrals when necessary, responds to my emails the same day I send them. Whenever I have an appointment, I always say "please don't ever retire"!

Horrible doctor. Not in the business of helping people. Wants to blow everything off for something it isn’t just because she’s either lazy or very incompetent. I saw both!!

Love this doctor. Very knowledgeable, patient, easy to talk to, accurate in her diagnosis.

Probably worst off after treatment because Dr. Pusheck has little regard for the patients health and well being. If I was cared for properly I would not be writing such a poor review. Choose your doctor carefully as your health is in their hands, one mistake by the doctor can hurt you for life.

Dr Pusheck saw me at precisely the appointment time. She explained in detail the possible causes of my problem (a feeling of a "lump in the throat") showing me the anatomy on a wallchart.She anesthetized my nose and examined my throat via the nose, there was no pain or gagging.She gave me an excellent information leaflet showing all the many options available to deal with allergic rhinitis and post-nasal drip.She made recommendations about my current methods of dealing with the problem.I really enjoyed my visit and came away knowing a lot more about how to deal with my problem.

As one of Dr. Pusheck's patients for about 5 years now, I am very happy with the treatment and follow up care she has been giving me for my chronic sinus disease. She returns phone calls promptly, has a pleasant manner, and continually attends seminars and keeps herself current with the latest medical findings regarding my condition. If she ever leaves Kaiser, I'll be forced to change my health insurance plan.
