Rest peacefully Dr. Pile! You were amazing person and has impacted and touched so many lives in a good way. You will truly be missed. My heart cries every time I get on the internet and see a post saying you’re not here anymore. I’m sure your wife and family felt nothing but joy to have you in their lives. Just me knowing you from doctor’s appointments and delivering my children, showed me you had a great heart and a beautiful spirit. Such a sweet soul, again you will be missed. There is not many genuine people in this world but you were one of them. You were loved and again will truly be missed. We needed you down here but God needed you more. From the looks of it you have completed your assignment for God and has done very well. Sleep peacefully ????????

Dr. Pile was chosen because he had great ratings. I went to him after finding out I was pregnant with my first child and this decision almost cost me my life along with my child’s life. I went to him with symptoms I was having and after telling him what my research stated I might have he laughed at me and stated that it wasn’t that. Being in the health field, I continued to keep an eye on it and I’m extremely happy I did because I had to go to the hospital and ended up having my baby almost 2 months early. He sent me to the worst hospital that wasn’t even a choice on my list and I trusted him since I thought he would visit us at the hospital he was sending me to. Well I didn’t see or talk to him the 2 weeks I was in the hospital. Later I found out that days before getting checked into the hospital, my labs showed signs of a related lower diagnosis of what I thought I had months before. Him not listening to me and taking me seriously costed Me a lot of pain and could of cost us our… lives if I wasn’t in the healthcare field and didn’t keep an close eye on my vitals. I don’t write reviews and hate leaving bad reviews on anyone’s record but if I can help even 1 person in their decision then I did my job. He wasn’t even close to my house, he was only chosen because of reviews so if I can save anyone the pain I faced then please listen to me. He has a great personality and I trusted him, but the reality is I think he is taking on too much and needs to really listen to his patients. This review isn’t about something stupid, doctors choices can cost lives and when they don’t listen it can be a deadly mistake.

Dr. Pile delivered four of my children. It was the best experience of my life. I am truly greatful.

Dr Pile is very accurate with his work... He made me feel safe. He was a great listener. He took care of me during my 9 months of pregnancy and after ?. I will send my daughter's to him because I don't trust any other OB and GYN.... Carla Talton

He has great bedside manners, a extremely clean office. He has been very professional and thorough with me and he doesn't treat you like a patient he treats you like family. I have had very bad experiences with doctors in the past but he is the best doctor that I have ever had in his field of practice! I absolutely love him!!!

I was a patient of Md. Aaron Pile in 2015 and 2016. I had two miscarriages while being his patient. After the first one it was stated to me that I was possibly high risk. During my second pregnancy is when I and my child father noticed that he was spacious and had an extreme lack of care. I lost my second child due to my water breaking early at 5 months. My first office visit after the miscarriage was a month later which I thought was very strange. When I came to the appointment he told me I look like I'm okay so he will not have me lay on the tablet to check me out. After it all, I found out there were many things he could have offered me to help with my pregnancy; ex. cervical cerclage. I'm not saying this or any other procedure would have guaranteed that my child would have made it but he as my doctor did not offer any additional advice even though he was my doctor only 10 months prior when I had the previous pregnancy/miscarriage. His nurses where way more attentive and helpful… with information than he was! I do not recommend him and regret that I did not find another doctor before it was too late. I have never been back to his office and I do not recommend him at all.

Dr. Pile delivered at least 5 of my 9 children. If I would have known about him when I first started my family...he would have delivered all of them. The first that he delivered for my family will be 22 years of age this June.
