Dr West took the time to explain everything....he was very thorough. he did put me at ease with my son's surgery. the staff did show compassion for the er wait. thank you

My mother was in Dr. Wests intensive care unit. I hardly ever write responses, but I was so impressed by his care and caring, I wanted everyone to know if you get this doctor you are lucky, The intensive care unit is obviously quite busy, but he took care of my mom, and always had time for us. He made the bad news easy to understand, and the good news so happy to hear. I hope everyone gets a chance to have this doctor if needed

Dr. West took care of me when I was really scared. He was kind, compassionate, and really made me feel at ease for my operation. I was fortunate to have him and would recommend him to anyone having surgery in the greater Jacksonville area.
