This person will touch you..They make inappropriate comments and won't listen to your concerns. They are only after your money. A waste of time. What a dehumanizing experience.

This doctor is a liar and sadistic. Please do no go to him. Your health and we’ll being comes first!

I don’t appreciate being condescendingly called a “good girl” — I’m not a child or a pet. I had the misfortune of seeing Dr. Abuhuziefa Abubakr recently as a new patient. He was rude, condescending (it bears repeating), and didn’t listen to my concerns about medications he wanted to prescribe me or how I wanted to approach continued treatment for a health condition I’ve been dealing with for over 20 years of my life. I’ll keep the specifics of my condition, medication, etc. vague, but: he did not prescribe the medication I said I wanted (which I was prescribed by my previous neurologist and simply needed a refill for) and proceeded to prescribe me two other medications, one of which I objected to (as did my former neurologist), the other one I was interested in trying. The latter seemingly could not even be fulfilled by the pharmacy, be it due to an insurance reason or something else, I do not know. So all I received from this experience were insults and a medication I am not going to… take. The only reason I came to this neurologist is because I moved recently and my former neurologist is hours away. My previous neurologist was/is kind, attentive, respectful, receptive, a good listener, and really wanted to make treatment a collaborative effort. She was everything this doctor is not. Trust the other negative reviews on this site and others. Look elsewhere for a neurologist.

It amazes me that doctors like this are allowed to practice. Rude, horrible bedside manner. I was rushed. Dr. asked me to do some stretches which I could not do because of my back pain, this upset him too. Language barrier and he got upset when I told him I couldn’t understand him. Referred me to a specialist which was not necessary and wasn’t even the right specialist to treat me according to my diagnoses. Staff was very professional and courteous. But this man, don’t waste your time or your money.

This doctor is Rude and disrespectful of women. Also, his office staff did not tell me that I needed to stop taking my med, so that I could get accurate results for a particular test. When the doctor realized I was taking my meds he starting yelling at me! I told him he needs to talk to his staff about proper patient preparation!

This Doctor was very rude by shushing away our questions and concerns. There was a very serious language barrier as well and he made no effort to speak more clearly so that we could understand him. Our consultation was a total waste of time and money.
