Dr. Abul Hassan Shirazi, MD

Incompetent, uncaring and dangerous. My family called him over 20 times in order to give a detailed mental health history and to devise an early plan for discharge. He called us at 10 PM to tell us he planned to discharge my family member. When we told him that we cannot accept her at our home, he said he would discharge her to the street.

I don't know what these guys are smoking. This man saved my life. I am a PhD and have been around the block a time or two. I have Manic depressive illness. He strong, kind and a good person. He knows what to do with difficult cases. A+

DONT EVEN TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS MD,, F HE JUST PLAY THE GAME WITH YOU OR YOUR LOVE ONES AND PUT YOU ON ** 5150 ***TO KEEP YOU IN HOSPITAL TO MAKE MONEY , PLEASE CHECK HIS REVIEW IM GOING AFTER HIS LICENSE AND PLEASE DO THE SAME THING AND MAKE THE REPORT TO SATE BORD

This Dr. was assigned to my elderly mother with dementia. He does NOT communicate, does not return phone calls. He prescribed a mix of powerful psych meds for her. I found out later that they were contraindicated to be used together and could have serious, even fatal, consequences. Do not have this physician treat anyone you are about.

This man should NOT be practicing medicine of ANY kind!!! He does not communicate or listen to patient's family members and mis-diagnoses patients giving them the incorrect treatments. I am giving him one star (that's being very generous). He is totally incompetent and as a result, my husband's recovery from a stroke was delayed by at least a month.
