Dr. Adam James Levy, MD

On my second visit with Dr. Levy, I chose to take his advice to try a procedure for my postnasal drip. Appreciated his time and consideration and I’m happy with results so far.

Fast, efficient and very little wait Time. he gave me a call within an hour with CT scan results!

The facility and staff is beautiful. Dr came in and he seem the be very nice. He asked what I was there for . Put something in my nose that hurts like hades. Then the visit was over. Although he's a nice Dr he needs to explain what he going to do to the patient. Let the patient know it will hurt temporary and for how long. I was completely taken by surprise

Needed serious help with my ear and Dr.Adam Levy only came in for about six minutes and practically did nothing but just put a camera in my ear. I made sure to explain how bothersome and urgently I’d want it resolved but it wasn’t, and insurance ending up paying over 200 hundred dollars for honestly no help whats so ever. This was months ago and I am still in need of solving this situation in my ear. Would not recommend this doctor, as I’d go to try find someone who’s a professional.

All professionals I came in contact with were very amiable, helpful, and thorough. They helped me get my referral faxed so I didn’t have to reschedule. Dr. Levy made me feel very comfortable, explained everything very clearly, and validated all of my symptoms and concerns.

Entire appointment was a good experience. Dr. Adam James Levy was a clear communicator, with excellent bedside manner, very knowledgeable and compassionate. Office staff was friendly and efficient. Impressively, I was seen before my scheduled appointment time. I would definitely go back. Thanks

My vertigo problem has improved because I was referred to Balance Chicago for therapy. Also, Dr. Levy prescribed a steroid treatment to suppress my immune system which worked exactly as it should have.

I saw him for about 10 minutes and was charged over five hundred, that's over 2k per hour. Just insane. The visit didn't help me at all. 0 value for money.

All I needed was a refill on my nose spray, but they made me come in for an appointment in order to get it. The nurse was rude, and the doctor ran in for a total of two minutes. He jammed a tube down my nose, told me everything was fine and was out the door before I even knew what was happening. Fast forward to a couple weeks later, and I get a bill in the mail for over $300! (Luckily, insurance covered part of it or it would have been more.) Apparently, Dr. Levy had performed an ENDOSCOPY on me with absolutely no mention of cost or whether I needed or wanted it. I can tell you that I would have never in a million years gone in for the nose spray refill if I had known it would cost me hundreds of dollars. It is the most unethical practice I have ever heard of, and I feel like I've been robbed. From reading other reviews, I can tell you that this is a recurring pattern. Even the billing department tried to escalate this issue twice to no avail because of the shady office. AVOID AT ALL… COST!

Doctor just wants to rush me in, sees me briefly for my medical issue, then rushes me out quickly. Did not get proper and effective treatment. Adam Levy was impatient and did not listen well. He had so much arrogance.
