I have been going to Dr. Marvin for many years. He is excellent, listens, gives a a wealth of information to understand what's going on, provides the appropriate treatment that is helpful and is an excellent surgeon. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Marvin is one of the best docs I have ever seen ... really knows his stuff and makes difficult procedures seem easy!

I found this Dr. to be condescending and patronizing. The wait for him to keep his part of our appointment was much too long, I'm also busy person. When I did see him, well - his attitude wasn't worth my wait. He's not the only specialist in the bay area, don't bother with him.

I hate going to doctors. Dr, Marvin made it easy on me. He explains everything in clear, simple language. He is extremely knowledgable. And he diagnosed my problem quickly, with a two step protocol of treatment. The second round took care of the problem. I saw him again for a second issue--same good results. He is the best!

I have had chronic sinus problems, infections, the resulting sore throats and coughs over the years and trust in Dr. Marvin to keep up on the latest technology, medicines and treatments. He's always treated me with sincere interest, personal attention and caring insight which have all assured me that I've gotten the best care possible. Although he's a specialist, I really consider him to be my general MD because hew knows the best people who can handle problems out of his field and has an excellent professional reputation. Dr. Marvin would comfortably fill the role of the proverbial Norman Rockwell family doctor yet has a high tech edge that doesn't keep him stuck in any treatment rut. He may surprise you with new approaches to your problems over time, but rest assured he's considered them carefully and spurns popular fads. With his treatment, the problems with my sinuses are now spaced much further apart and are much less severe, which is the best anyone like me can hope for. Just do… exactly as he says and try hard not to accept a pharmacy's substitute for a particular medication or brand that he prescribes if they don't have it. He will not try to sell you on any treatment or medication you don't really need. I'd recommend him to anyone, especially those I care about the most!
