He and his staff were the best

My family has been with Dr. Weinstein for years and we can't imagine our lives without having such a knowledgeable and caring physician at our side.

I've been going to Dr. W for almost 7 years now. I've never had to wait in the office very long for a visit. He is a very attentive doctor, not supercilious or abrupt, very down-to-earth. He really listens to what you have to say. He doesn't prescribe needlessly, but takes full advantage of the most modern techniques and pharmaceuticals when indicated. If you understand that you must work in partnership with your doctor to achieve good health, and that there's no magic pill or treatment to magically solve your problems, then you will love this doctor. It's true he is into healthy eating, and if holistic means that he doesn't rely solely on quick fixes and pharmaceuticals, but lifestyle, as part of a healthy solution - then he's holistic. He's vegetarian, but he doesn't berate you if you're not. If you see what he has done in his own life to achieve good health, you will respect him and listen to him. As with many doctors, I haven't always been dazzled with the efficiency of his… back office, getting refills, etc. That part has been uneven through the years, but seems very improved in the past year.

My husband and I both see Dr. Adam Weinstein. He is smart, caring, up to date, open minded and takes time with us. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone. He is easy to understand and he explains things to you. We both give him high ratings.

He isn't good at diagnosing or helping. I'm surprised he's a doctor since he's such a hippie. He believes in holistic medicine and not actual scientific medicine.

Terrible staff and a Doctor who has anger issues. I had always had trouble getting refills called in and the last staw was during hurricane Ike. I called a week before to refill and it wasn't getting done. When I would call for status they would assure me that it was taken care of. As a result, the refills were not called in, the Doctor refused to answer calls and I spent the entire time without my meds. The topper is that due to my incessant calls, including one to his father (in practice with him)I was sent a letter coldly discharging me from his care (this came a month after I found a very good doctor.)

I came in on very short notice and the wait was minimal. .Dr. Weinstein is very caring, takes time to talk to you and ask you multiple ways about how you're feeling, what you're feeling, etc. He offered advice as well as prescribed medications. Took time to explain what he was prescribing. Asked me to report back to him. The staff was caring and asked if I had further questions, etc.

I spent a lot of time looking for a doc that cared and did not make me wait forever. I have found that and more in Dr. Weinstein. He is very caring and compasionate. He explains things very well and takes time with each of his patients. He also does not seem to double and triple book appointments so there is never a long wait. My husband and I both see him and really like him and his staff.

I will never go back to this doctor. The follow up on my blood work was terrible. It was like pulling teeth to get an answer from him or his staff.
