Dr. Adrienne Annette James, MD

Dr. Adrienne James came into explain the next steps of a process that had me feeling very nervous. She is knowledgeable, friendly and her patience was incredible as I kept asking questions and had concerns about what the next steps would be. She completely calmed me down and I feel honored to have met her.

Dr. Adrienne James was one of the many physicians that took care of me while I was in the hospital. She was absolutely amazing! I was not the easiest patient to deal with (I was very nervous about my recent diagosis) and she made sure to be there to keep me calm and answer any questions I had. She was so pleasant and attentive. My family and I were so thankful to have her as my doctor during that time. As for the previous comment regarding the billing, I know most doctor's offices have an administrator that handles the billing. The doctor's provide the notes that are usually backed up by nurses and case managers.

I have no idea who this doctor is, all I know is that she submitted a bill to Medicare on the treatment of my husband at Virginia Hospital Center. She stated in one of her bills it was a discharge, funny how he could be discharged when he died the next day in the same hospital. Be very careful when it comes to doctors who may show up in a love one's room. get information on why the doctor is there and how much they charge per 30 minutes. They seem to bill at 30 minute rates which is ironic because my husband was in a coma at that point. I give this doctor not even 1/2 a star
