Saw Dr. Mami a while back for my daughter. Very kind and did an exceptional job taking care of her.

He has no bedside manner he does not explain anything or give a straight answer and he sends his students to do his job

Do not use mami. He is unprofessional and is inhumane.

This doctor literally almost caused my son's death. My son was in an automobile accident and after suffering a Traumatic Brain Injury and being in a coma needed to have a G-Tube placed for nourishment since he was unable to swallow. Dr. Mami was the physician at the hospital that did this procedure. I was told this was a very simple procedure that even a resident could handle. Dr. Mami apparently did it incorrectly and pierced my son's colon. No one detected it for 6 weeks. He ended up back in acute care and had to have surgery to remove part of his colon to repair the damage. It was lucky it didn't develop into sepsis. I was told by the surgeon that corrected Dr. Mami's mistake that to make a mistake like this a surgeon would either have to be completely inept or not paying attention,

I worked with this surgeonHe is a superb personality, very skilled and decent, I learnt from him a lot so I trust him to be my surgeon
