The Doctors were very nice but the staff are so rude. I called over the phone to verify something about my test results and spoke two of the people in front desk. The first one answered me that they don’t have my blood work result and I told her that it’s already being forwarded to their office which the doctor already went through with me. So she put me on hold and the other lady answered and said the same thing. All I need is to confirm if they already received all my blood work from my previous ob and they kept saying they don’t have the result. Bottom line is these people in the front desk are so RUDE no respect and not willing to work with patients. Mind you, they are dealing with pregnant women and that’s how they act. Not happy with my experience and hope these people will be addressed by the management.

Dr Yousry is fabulous! He is knowledgable, explains all, listens, decent, perfect gentleman, warm, very personable, awesome surgeon. I have no complaints. I highly recommend him! ????

Dr. Yousry is fantastic, but after going to him for more than 5 years I never had a wait time of less than 2 hours to see him, even going during the week; neither have my friends who go to him. His staff is rude, unhelpful, hard to get on the phone, and double- and triple-book appointments for the same time. The last visit I had I literally waited FOUR HOURS for my simple, routine annual checkup and finally decided I needed to get a new doctor.
